We had a fantastic experience with End of the roll from start to finish. Rob was very helpful and informative when we were deciding what flooring and carpet to get in our new home. The flooring installers were amazing as well, they worked hard and got our floors done earlier than expected and left our place tidy and clean at the end of each day. I highly recommend End of Roll!

Requested restretching of carpet installed less than 3 years ago. Charged $309 on my credit card at time of booking appointment. Told it would take 1 hour or more. The installer came to my home and was in and out within 15 minutes. I phoned the store to ask for a reduction in price as over $300 as that is a lot of money for 15 minutes of work. The staff on the phone claimed he talked to the manager and they refused to give me a better price. Said it was a base price regardless of how much time it took to repair. I told the staff on the phone that I will not shpp at End of the Roll in the future.
