Nufloors sold us our luxury vinyl flooring a couple of years ago. We did our entire main floor and we're extremely pleased with Dragon and his staff. When we decided on carpet for our lower floor recently we went to Nufloors again because of our excellent service the first time. Once again we had a great experience. Kelly was knowledgeable and professional. The installers were prompt and did an amazing job. Once again we were very happy with the entire experience.

She was very friendly, professional, and honest about the available options, which we really appreciated. The installation was done by Sam, who worked quickly and efficiently. The carpet looks great and everything was done smoothly. Overall, we are very satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend working with them.

Our bottom step was originally carpeted with a rounded edge, and he was able to recreate that same look in the new flooring—something we thought we would have to give up. He is a true artist, and the staircase is our favourite part of the entire renovation.Our home was left clean and undamaged, and all garbage was removed.Nufloors was not only the most cost-effective option for both flooring and installation, but they truly over-delivered in every aspect from start to finish. Had our shower and floor tiled which turned out great. We had a few hiccups in that I didn’t have it 100% ready but they were very accommodating to my whoops and helped out. I would recommend Nufloors
