Angela and Jeremy, and the manager are fantastic! We had our house custom built 5 years ago, and had upgraded vinyl plank flooring put throughout on the main and upper level, but the joints kept seperating in the kitchen and livingroom, and by the 5th year the edges were starting to flare and break off the top finish. We contacted Carpet One, and spoke to our account rep: Angela about this. She arranged for their warranty rep Jeremy to come and inspect and take pictures to see the issue. They talked to Colbrey Homes, the custom builder because the manufactured said it was do to the builders pinning the floating flooring in several places (barn door guides in kitchen as well as fireplace grouted to flooring.), and they would not cover replacement the builders warranty (or even partially cover the cost with Carpet One). Angela went to their managers and got approval to cover the entire main floor and both sets of stairs to upper floor and basement so it would tie together cosmetically. They tore it all up, replaced it with supperior glued down product and hauled away the mess this past fall. Amazing service and warranty! Angela and Jeremy went to bat for us, and we are so greatfull! I will recommend them to anyone, and will be using them for all my properties going forward. *****

Next Grant and his install team were fantastic start to finish, professional and very tidy. Grant answered all my questions and helped us bring our vision to life. Kristine helped us in store with our selections and was super patient, even when we came back a second time to make sure, she made sure she was available. Our installer on the tile was Darrel. His care and choosing on what tile went where, gave us a very unique pattern on our shower. You don't often get that kind of craftsmanship anymore and we appreciated the extra look he gave our home. I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience with Carpet One. I dealt with Andrew Mackay in the store. He had everything prepared for my appointment. He was on time, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. He continued to keep me informed on the availability of my flooring (2 different types) and on the installation date. The installers were father and son (Grant) and they too were fabulous. They were on time, neat and tidy and did a great job. They made sure everything was done just right and even corrected a few things from a previous installation. I highly recommend using Carpet One in Red Deer.
