From Hollie assisting us with picking out the right product, to Shawn coming to do measurements and to Justin and Shawn (different one) for doing an amazing job on the install. They were knowledgeable, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and most importantly, they were kind to our little dog Harry!We decided to have our floors replaced 2 weeks before our oldest got married. (What were we thinking). They were able to get everything done with days to spare! There was a minor issue to fix and that was done as quickly as possible! Everyone that comes over, says how beautiful and professional they look! Thank you again for such a wonderful experience! Totally recommend UNITED FLOORS IN RED DEER!!!
We are very impressed with United Floors and the service they provided. From Laura in helping us select a floor that works with our existing floors, to the having the floor delivered to be installed. Addison was very meticulous in the installation of our vinyl plank and helped to keep the rest of our house clean. Laura also handled the hiring of a painter for the baseboards and getting Rick to come and finish up the carpet edges. I would highly recommend checking out United Floors, I am sure that you will be as happy as we are.
Firstly. Hollie was great. But really, let me tell you about the installers….Rick was on time, ready to work. Took pride in his work and did not waste time…. Thank you so much.Addison is a PRO. Sets his own hours which is fine by me! His work is outstanding.Both took pride on their work. Were careful with walls etc. of course a few dings happen when you’re installing but nothing major.
