So many great things to say! Communication was quick, all my questions were answered, and they were very kind in their responses. They were able to come in the next day to get it done! I had to be out of the house when they came so I had a babysitter watching my 4 month old for the first time. The installers not only did a wonderful job with the carpet repair, but they also were conscious of the fact that I had a fussy baby by doing the noisy work first so my baby could nap. They even offered advice when she was having troubles getting her to sleep! They were prompt, kind, and did a fantastic job. I could not recommend them more for not only their work with the carpet but also their impeccable customer service!
