We have purchased flooring with this company over a month ago. Paid for everything in full. All the flooring was in stock at the time of purchase.Had to wait for nosing to arrive from Moosjaw so was told it would take a couple of weeks to come in. I asked if they could hold our flooring until the nosing arrived. They told us yes it wouldn't be a problem. After a few weeks , I had called the store to confirm everything was there and was told yes.My husband went to store 2 weeks ago to pick up our flooring and was told that half of our flooring that we paid for was sold to another customer. Why they would have sold something that was already paid for and marked as sold is beyond me. Not impressed.They told my husband another shipment would be in in a couple of days. We called back to the store and our flooring was not there. They once again told us it will be there next day or so... still not there. This has been going on for the last week and a half now that our flooring has not arrived. When they specifically kept telling us it will be in.In the meantime I have had to cancel my plumber and put my contractor on hold. Which they were not impressed as they have other jobs lined up. Not only is my entire upstairs in array, I have had to cancel a family dinner because of this. I have called the store almost everyday asking about our flooring and kept being told it was on the next truck.I finally talked to the owner Trent as this was unacceptable. All he could say was sorry and he was going to look into it. He did call back and tell me it was supposed to be in the next day and he would call me to set up a time for delivery. Guess what? Next day came and i have heard nothing from him. For someone that owns a company ,you would think he would have the decency to call me back and keep me updated instead of leaving us hang. What happened to making the customer happy and satisfied?Our flooring was already paid for and was confirmed it was placed in the back and marked sold .It should have never been sold in the first place. Seems like noneone wants to take accountability for their actions and they keep giving us the run around.You would think a big company like this would at least offer some type of discount due to the fact that they sold half of our flooring when they shouldnt have .They disrupted my contractor and plumbers work schedule . Put us way behind in completing our renos and caused us nothing but stress. This is so disappointing and upsetting.Here we are 3 weeks later and still no flooring. We have been a customer of theirs in the past and will never go back to them again. Sorry does not cut the fact that they screwed up and now we have to continue to wait .Own up to your mistakes . Be accountable and have the decency to at least offer some kind of discount. You guys screwed up, not us!
We have used Flooring Superstores since they 1st opened with spectacular results.This was a small job. Picked out carpet to have bound for specific areas.They are perfect. The carpet is beautiful, vacuums like a dream. Glad we went with their recommendation, even though there was a bit of a delay. Just finished all the flooring in our home and the guys were just great to deal with. And they had some installers that were fantastic as well. Shout out to Grant that helped my wife and I as we appreciated his help! Will definitely be my first stop for any flooring needs in the future.

As an installer, these guys are my absolute favorites to work with for my own clients amidst a city full of options!
Really fantastic after sale service. Had a small issue with original vinyl plank and Todd has done nothing but great customer service getting issue fixed with new vinyl plank. The installer was absolutely a pro at his craft too. Top notch service all around. Looking forward to someday making some carpet purchase.
