I recently decided to downsize, and purchased an older home that was what I thought in need of some updates. It has turned into a bit of an extreme home makeover.
Moving and renovations are two very stressful things, and I will admit it has been a bit overwhelming.
The team at Floors by Design were amazing in helping me find new flooring for my living room and bedrooms, that looks fantastic and is very functional with my 2 fur babies, and easy to clean should there be any spills when the grandkids visit!
Product was brought in before expected date, and I could not be more pleased!

We just wanted to thank you for the incredible service and superior flooring!! We had our flooring put in at our office approximately 6 years ago. In that time, we have had a slight flood in our hallway, (alot of water covering a good 20 x 20 area), and also recently we had a very large cement block thrown through our front window. With regard to the flooded hallway floor, once we cleaned up the water, we did not have any damage at all. We expected some kind of buckling, but there was absolutely not a blemish or buckle at all. We did have damage done to the floor from the cement block, which was repaired almost immediately by Floors by Design in a very quick and easy process (took the damaged piece out and popped a new one right back). This process took no more than 1/2 hour and it looks flawless. We were incredibly surprised that, given the amount of window glass on the floor, we did not have any other damage other than where the cement block landed. We had to walk on glass to clean up the mess and there was not a scratch anywhere, even after this. To say the least, we are incredibly happy with the flooring choice you suggested and it truly is meant to last. Thank you again for the incredible service and product. We would highly recommend you to anyone for business or home flooring needs.

We purchased porcelain tile (Enmon - Calacatta Imperiale) from Floors by Design for our kitchen backsplash. We are very happy with that decision. We walked in with a sample of our quartz countertop and were greeted by Michelle. I told her what I didn't like and then said, but I don't know what I want. She listened to what I was saying, looked at the samples and photos of our kitchen, and within minutes, suggested the tile that we ended up purchasing. That woman knows her stuff! In addition to Michelle, we dealt with Brandon who came out to do the estimate. Brandon was punctual, friendly and courteous. He was also patient in explaining the quote to me. Our final interaction was with Mike, the installer. He is good at what he does. He did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to have him install tile again. Everyone that we dealt with in person, on the phone and by email was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Floors by Design! We are happy customers.
