Stumbled upon this place while looking for laminate flooring for my home renovation, walked in and was immediately greeted by Bear, who was helpful, kind, and truly seemed to care about what flooring we were getting. We had to match the flooring to previously installed laminate, and Elegant Flooring had by far the largest selection of the stores I visited along Bridgeport Rd. Bear is knowledgeable and offers the best competitive rates in town! Transactions were seamless, simple and Bear even came in on his days off to meet with us :) I have never been offered this level of customer service, and am truly humbled by his hard work. Would highly recommend to any friends or family looking for flooring.
Elegant Flooring (Richmond BC) came highly recommended as a honest and good quality place to get hardwood floors from. We had them remove laminate floors and install new carpets and vinyl flooring on 2 levels (bedrooms, closets, hallway, living room and dining room) and they didn't disappoint. Everything got done professionally, quickly and with out any problems in a few days. Roger Lai went above and beyond to meet our expectations. He visited onsite to view the condition of existing floors, prior to removal. He provide in-store consultation, with best product recommendations, knowledge and colour/material suggestions that matched home décor. During installation, his staff levelled sloping areas and corrected some problems that required extra care. We will definitely use them again for future home renovations. My family had laminate flooring installed last year and it was very reasonably priced. One of the staff, Peter, was friendly & quite helpful in the process of choosing a material as it was our 1st time installing hardwood flooring. Staff were professional, not pushy, and the installation by one of their contractors, Michael, was fast but done well. Definitely recommend their services.
