The Floor Store was amazing! They did a great job twice. We had to have our carpets replaced because our puppy ate holes in ours. They did a wonderful job with their timeline, execution, and the finished product was beautiful. Three months later, our puppy was at it again-this time, luckily, it was only the corner. The Floor Store was able to come out and re-stretch it for us. It looks good as new! We can’t thank you enough for your timeliness, hard work, and professionalism. We absolutely love our carpet and we would recommend the Floor Store to anyone looking for any type of flooring that needs to be done in their home. Thank you!

I was in need of new flooring throughout my home. I checked out a few flooring stores and also the “big box” stores but didn’t get the professional help I was looking for. I walked into the Floor Store and was immediately impressed. I was greeted personally by the owners, Mark and Jodi. Jodi took the time to listen to me as to what type of flooring I was looking for. She took me through their expansive show room and showed me samples of exactly what I was looking for. Mark personally came to my home for measurements and gave me an estimate on the spot! The price was lower than what I had budgeted for! The flooring was ordered and it was installed as scheduled. The installation team was so professional and they took great care of my home and belongings. They transformed my home!I can’t say enough about the Floor Store! They exceeded my expectations! We had a great experience with Dave at the Floor Store. We couldn't decide on our new whole house laminate flooring and came back several times over a year. He was very patient with us and when we finally ordered the flooring came quickly and in perfect condition. We had to order additional stairnose pieces and more flooring because our measurements were off. He responded quickly and ordered what we needed to get the job done. The extra pieces came within a few days. We are very happy with the quality and look of the floors. Very easy to work with and knowledgable.
Mark and Jodi are the best. I've been working with them going on 10 years now (property management). No job s too big or too small. They've done 3000 sqft of hardwood and 400 sqft of carpet and everything in-between. I highly recommend these guys.
