When our bedroom carpet was ruined by dog urine, we were devastated, but not only did the people at home floor decor give us a good deal on new carpet, they took the time to help us with suggestions such as using an odor killing paint over the old floorboards before the new pad and carpet got laid to help rid the last remnants of smell from the room. It is little extras like this, along with their fantastic communication and high quality of work through the whole process, that leads me to highly recommend them to others, as well as plan on using them in the future!

I showed up at their location looking for a small piece of carpet to blend into a room where a piece had been cut out. I couldn't find one that would blend easily, but when I spoke to Fernando, he gave me a few options I liked. He gave me the option to install myself or have his folks come in and take care of it for me. I had Home Floor and Decor install the carpet. This process all happened in less than a week. The carpet looks great, and the installation job was fantastic. I will definitely call Home Floor and Decor for my future carpeting needs.

We had an absolutely terrible experience with Home Floor Decor Flooring Design, and I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing from them. Six months ago, we bought LVP flooring from this company, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare since.

The flooring began breaking in several places within a few months of installation. When the installation started we discovered just how poor the quality was. The floor was so brittle that the connection parts snapped off during installation, and many of the pieces were warped. This is not the kind of durability or quality you would expect, especially for something that's supposed to last for years.

What makes it worse is the complete lack of accountability from the company. Instead of acknowledging that the product was defective, they immediately blamed the installation and our home’s foundation being unleveled. This is unacceptable. A reputable company would take some responsibility and work with the customer to make things right, but Home Floor Decor Flooring Design clearly isn’t interested in standing behind the products they sell. When we approached them about this, they admitted to not quality checking the product in the boxes before selling it to us.

Avoid this company at all costs. The poor quality of their flooring and their unwillingness to take any responsibility for the issues speak volumes about how little they care about their customers. We spent almost 4K on this flooring, that they said was “first quality” and now we’re left to deal with it.

I looked at several large retailers to get carpet for two large rooms we are doing new construction on. I went with Home Floor Decor for several reasons. The first was because they beat out the large retailers by hundreds of dollars. The second because they had a selection that was very comparable in quality and design to what I was looking for. Lastly, because they could schedule me in about three weeks earlier than any of the large retailers. Every interaction was positive. All communication was prompt and professional. The measure and install was done in the time quoted for the price quoted. The installer did a very nice job. Because both rooms were quite large they had to be seamed. The seams are not visible. Tack strip also had to be installed. The carpet is stretched very nicely and is secured really well to the tack strip.
