Michael Zimmerman, our salesperson, was outstanding to work with....He listened to what I wanted (sisal runners up stairways and on steps) and was so knowledgable! He instinctively brought out to me exactly the right selections of samples. I didn't even have to go into the showroom! Also, I can not say enough about the professionalism of the installers, led by Jorge! True perfection. The bottom line is this - O'Krent is simply the best in town, and it shows. This home project looks as if it was decorator designed and right out of a magazine! I could not be happier! Thank you O'Krent!
O’Krent floors did a wonderful job on our large hardwood flooring project around 1800 sqft.Michael Zimmerman came for estimate and he is meticulous in capturing all the detailed measurements and understood all our needs . He made sure our new wood color matched with existing wood floor and considered everything in the estimate so there are no surprises . He made sure all the material needed is ordered promptly and made sure project started quickly.Install Team is Dillon, Courtney and Chysm(sorry if I misspelled his name)Dillon came up with a plan on how we tackle as there is so much furniture.They are super friendly and estimated how long it takes to finish the job and finished on time as promisedThey worked diligently above and beyond what they were supposed to do in helping move furniture ..etc. it is a humongous job and they made it easier on us.Thanks to Michael , Dillon, Courtney and Chysm of O’Krent floors for making it happen smoothly on time and on budget and we have wonderful floors now both upstairs and downstairs.
The team at O’Krent did a fabulous job on our new carpet. Tami was very helpful in selecting options and even helping several times to go through sample after sample- So patient and helpful bringing my vision to life.The installation team was quick and efficient. I was shocked how fast they did our entire upstairs, even with furniture in there. They did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend!
We have used O'Krent Floors in the past and been extremely pleased. This time they did not disappoint. From working with Michael Zimmerman to choose our carpet until installation everything went smoothly. We are so pleased with our new carpet.
O'Krent did a fabulous job on our tile project! They removed old carpeting and installed new porcelain tile in 4 rooms and a hall. The entire process went smoothly due to their great team. We got 3 bids for our project and O'Krent's bid was very close but not the lowest. Still, we were impressed with the company's 100 years in business, excellent reputation and long term warranty. Our installer, Erik, was the star of the project. He is smart, hard working and an artist at heart. Erik installed a complex herringbone pattern in one room, it is a work of art! Mike Atchley was our sales rep who helped us at our first visit and throughout the project. He made sure we got the sale pricing on our tile at the annual sale. Monika did the scheduling and helped us with the project timeline. Monika and Mike answered so many question and educated us about the entire process. Excellent communication from Erik and the O'Krent team throughout the project. We will go back to O'Krent for future flooring needs and heartily recommend them to our friends.
