Very happy we decided to step into FDFS for our laminate installation project in our home. The entire project went very smoothly starting with Bryan kindly and efficiently helping us with any questions without being pushy about anything. He got us in the schedule quickly and his installer Alfonso and crew was extremely professional about being on time every day, keeping us informed, and cleaning up at the end of each day. We were very impressed by their installation quality, working around the height differences with the doors, jams, baseboard, etc. to make it look seamless. Bryan came by during several days as the job was going on to make sure all was going well and to answer any questions. The other big factor was the price was decently lower than any of the other two options we had quoted, but not for lack of quality. Overall very satisfied with job of FDFS and highly recommend to anyone else considering a new floor.
This is our 3rd project with Brian and Factory Direct. We bought vinyl flooring and had it delivered to our house in Colorado. Showed local installer our materials bill, he was surprised at cost, much cheaper than he could provide ( over $1 per sq ft). Great product, great price! We're happy. Thank you Factory Direct.

Carpets look great... floors look great... and a great price. I can't figure out why anyone would give these guys less than 5 stars-- this team was very responsive and did outstanding work.
