Replaced multiple flooring types on the entire main floor of my home - a huge undertaking but one that Dustyn and the team at AC Flooring were up to! Dustyn estimated 2 weeks, the guys started on time, thorough work, good communication throughout, and was on target to finish by the scheduled completion date. Unfortunately, encountered a hiccup with the oak flooring selection from Mercier that Mercier refused to acknowledge as a product defect for replacement, despite intervention from Brian, President of AC Flooring. Mercier's sales rep was dismissive of my concerns and refused to come to my home to view the problem when he came to Saskatoon. After 4 weeks of back and forth, AC asked if I would consider picking out a different product of similar quality to get things moving. Once I made that decision, everything moved forward quickly and I'm thrilled with the result! This could have been a real disaster for me, had AC not given me that option. Project completed for price quoted, no surprises. Photo 1 is the 'before' look of my living room. Photo 2 is a photo of of Mercier product (Mercier rep said the look of white stripes on the microbeveled edges was normal on darker floors). Photo 3 is the replacement Preverco product after installation.
We had an amazing experience with AC Flooring! In particular, Heather was awesome to work with. She got us all set up with everything we needed for our carpet, and we wouldn’t have done it any other way. The communication, effort, and overall quality of the employees and product was perfection! If we ever need anything more we will 100% be back. If you’re considering using AC for your flooring needs, do it.

we had two rooms done install done buy Hamm installations , they did such an excelent job we we would definitely get them to install again , they are busy and can see why there work is second to none . But definitely worth waiting for . Also Dustyn Kolababa was our salesman took great care of us will see him next time we need flooring , for sure . thanx again .
