We were looking at a major flooring renovation involving the entire main floor level of our home as well as the entire upper level including 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the time we weren't familiar with Flooring and Home but a flooring inquiry with our local Costco resulted in Ross Moody of Flooring and Home contacting us and arranging an appointment. That turned out to be a perfect match for us and our flooring needs.Ross was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Although he arrived with plenty of samples one really has to attend to his large well stocked showroom to really see the wide variety of options and products available.Ultimately we chose a luxury vinyl plank flooring for the entire main level and went with a superior carpet with memory foam underlay for the upper level except for the two bathrooms which also saw luxury vinyl plank.There were no so called "supply chain" issues with our order as all of the flooring products and accessories arrived in a timely fashion. Installations were scheduled shortly thereafter.The highly experienced installers were very well organized and meticulous in their workmanship taking the time to consult with us with respect to various installation options.Overall we were looking for value, quality products and professional installation and Flooring and Home excelled in all respects.If you are in the market for flooring needs we would highly recommend that Ross Moody of Flooring and Home should definitely be high on your list to contact.
