Al was very helpful throughout the process, we were going through insurance for part of our flooring needs. Very knowledgeable staff with the products and estimates . Helped pick out what was best for our project. Large variety of products and exceptional prices.The installation crew was fantastic, they were done earlier than estimated and the price came in under the estimate as well. The work man ship was superior. Finishing was great baseboards didn’t need repainting. Clean up afterwards was exceptional.Highly recommended!
We had a great experience shopping at Floor Trader! Al helped us out on our first visit and on subsequent visits. He could always answer our questions and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Al communicated effectively through either phone or email and also called to ensure our install went well. We appreciated the relaxed shopping experience, the organized and well layed out store, and the personal touch provided by Al. We will be back!
Went in to the new store and got assistance from Jason and AL. They helped me select new flooring for my main floor renovation. I found them to be very informative and as someone that dosnt know alot about flooring they had me set up with some luxury vinyl plank and a different type for my bathroom in no time. After the install I am very happy with how it all looks! I would highly recommend them to friends and family!!
