In between tenants right now and had some carpet that needed to be stretched in a rental. I called and didn't leave a message and got a call back pretty quickly from the owner. He said he would check and see who was avaliable to help and would get back to me. Again he called back quickly with follow up that he could send someone out by Wednesday. It was a releif to have it taken care of so promptly as I have already started walkthroughs and need the place in the best shape possible. My tenant who was working on moving out was there when they showed up. She said the men got the job done quickly within 20 minutes and even vacuumed up the stray carpet fibers. They take pride in the small jobs and make sure it is done well. It's great to find a new vendor that you know you can call that cares about their work.
