Be aware that they will not accept returned extra tiles, unless they are in the original ‘unopened’ full boxes. I tried to return a full box of tiles, where the box was accidentally tore open during transportation, ..we taped it back up, but they will not accept it. ?? Not sure of any other ridiculous unadvertised/unposted policies they have. I’m so mad as they talked me into buying extras for wastage. I’ll ever buy from them again

Fantastic customer service. Very understanding of the challenges of my particular project and I did not feel pressured to buy from them even after they spent extensive time with me. They definitely made me feel like I should do whatever was best for that project. I definitely will visit them for future projects as the selection is great.
I have been here a number of times over the years but it was usually at their location on Stavanger Drive. I actually went there first but when it was closed, I went to this location. They have a great selection of many options that I was looking for. I am so thankful to the staff for helping out since some of the options and recommendations were exactly what I was looking for. I will be picking out my tiles shortly and since they have them in stock, it should take no time to get. Really looking forward to seeing how it all looks together.
Great selection of tiles. Always have the latest trends in tile in stock and if it isn't, they will special order. Truly offer the best quality in tiles. Staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful and will spend the time needed to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.
