Original install July 22, 2025 started off great -but getting them to finish and/or repair the job has been a nightmare.I had carpet replaced with laminate and vinyl tile in my whole house. Laminate team left gaps in the floor and said the carpet team would cover them. Carpet team said they didn't do that, and to get the laminate team back in. Transition strips laid down by the laminate team between rooms became loose. After 3 months of hounding, they sent a man in to fix the issues and he did half the job. He said he would take pictures of the more intensive repair work that needed to be done and someone would contact me with a time to do the rest of the work. 3 months later, with no replies to any of my calls, I showed up to the store in person. They had no idea the job wasn't completed. I was asked to take pictures of the issues and send them and was told someone would get on it right away. 3 weeks after (February 5th, 2026) I finally got in touch with the manager who assured me that someone would come and finish my floor at the end of the following week. I'm still waiting for them to follow up with me on a time to get the work done.I was told that it's an issue with staffing - but it seems like a lot of people on here are getting new floors since mine was installed 7 months ago.
Price was fair - excellent work by their installer Jeff. Lamont, Joel and Chris were good to deal with. I would gladly do business with them again.
Joel and Derrick were very helpful in the store when picking out a carpet and getting a price. They arrived on time for installation and it was overall a quick and professional job done. I always choose the carpet factory for all carpet and flooring needs. The service they provide is unmatched.

We installed carpet on our steps in front doorway. The carpet layer arrived on time. Very efficient and only took a few hours. He cleaned up everything. Very good job.
