From my first visit to the Champion Floor showroom to the cleanup after the installation, we had a first rate experience. Marc listened to my ideas, provided good samples and then made recommendations about installation that made it go more smoothly. The installation date had to be bumped a couple of days when there was a glitch with where the flooring was but it was resolved quickly. The guys who delivered the product were great and the installation team were pleasant and clearly intent on delivering excellent workmanship, adapting to the specific situation. Overall great experience. I will recommend.
Champion helped us with a very quick turnaround on our front porch painting project that required a deep sand. The sanding crew was extremely professional and efficient and the boards were a beautiful result. A follow-up call was provided simply to ask if we were satisfied. Champion Floors installed new wood floors in two rooms then sanded/stained my whole house a custom color. The custom color was created by their stain mixologist who worked diligently with me to get just the right hue and undertone I wanted. I went for a matte finish and I’m so glad I did. It modernized by 1956 home in such an incredible way.
We are delighted with the installation of our new hardwood floors in our great room by Champion. The staff that installed the floors, stained and applied the satin topcoat and came to finish up were all so professional and did a phenomenal job. Champion refinished our original hardwood floors in our kitchen and front entry hall six years ago. They matched the new floors perfectly to our original ones. If I could give this company more than five stars, They exceeded expectations!
