We had a Bungii driver deliver some tiles for us last week and we talked to the driver who told us that this store and Bungii have been abusing the delivery drivers by punishing them UNFAIRLY for stupid stuff. This man was a good person and he was genuinely unhappy with how Floor and Decor and Bungii treats the drivers who are keeping their businesses alive. You guys need to stop treating the drivers likeshiiit. We no longer USE Bungii and stopped doing business with all Floor and Decor dealers. Do better!!!

We got our backsplash tile at this place, and I liked F&D 4 years ago.I went back to price interior window sills, and the head honcho at the time was rude, dismissive, and no help

Fun to dream about other remodeling projects while walking the aisles.Thanks to the gentleman who stopped sweeping the floors and offered to grab me a cart when I found tile I wanted to buy.
Customer service is great. Everyone is so patient and helpful. I hate making decisions and went to this store three times. Each time a different person helped us and was very nice. Bought the tile I wanted, finally, and cant wait to have it installed. Great selection.
