Had a product issue with our initial install (NOT at the fault of wholesale flooring in any way). The floors were replaced and the problem was fixed but the was it was handled was disappointing. A lack of professionalism and urgency in fixing the issue. Poor communication. The end product turned out great but we won’t use this company again for future projects. We’ve used other companies for other rooms in our home and had a much better experience in terms of customer service and satisfaction.
We have had 2 separate installations of luxury vinyl plank from JD and Trevor in our home, both times were a great experience. All around friendly and professional people from start to finish, we will definitely be coming back for a 3rd time when we finally get around to finishing our basement :D
This company has installed flooring in my home and rental property and they did a fantastic job! Great quality products, reasonable prices and good communication. We chose to go with waterproof laminate that looks just like real wood. They also have real wood and tile. Definitely recommend using them!
