I recently had an experience with Tampa Flooring Gallery and unfortunately was not very impressed. The customer service was not very helpful throughout the process. I had questions and needed clarification on a few things, but responses felt short and not very informative. When you’re making decisions about flooring, you expect guidance and support, and I didn’t feel like that was provided. Overall, the experience could have been much better with more attentive and responsive customer service.I hope they work on improving communication and customer support in the future.
Horrible experience. Came into learn the difference between installation of lvp vs engineered hardwood. “Salesperson” didn’t get up when we walked in. I asked if she had Coretec. She pointed us in the direction so we walked over where she pointed. She never got up. Didn’t see the color we were interested in, so we went back over to her and asked if she had Cairo Oak. She said “no idea, if it’s not over there, we don’t have it.” Would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely zero customer service, especially when we were ready to purchase for our home project.
Tampa Flooring Gallery was a wonderful place. After weeks of looking through numerous tile stores we landed in the right place. Kim was personable and professional and we never felt any pressure from her. She was relentless in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. She listened to our vision for our desired look, showed us lots of options, and was persistent in getting samples for us to try at home. Throughout the process she was very patient as we made our decision. And finally she expedited getting additional tile when we needed to order more. I definitely recommend Tampa Flooring Gallery.
We couldn’t be happier with our choice in service provider. Kim and Aaron made the process of picking out new flooring simple. We were most appreciative of their willingness to work with us on installation timelines, as the military gave us a quick turn moving date. We would recommend using this team for any of your flooring needs!
I really enjoyed working with Kim. She was extremely helpfully. This was the only place I could find a brand of LVP that did not have a million Knot holes. I live in Florida and most LVP that I have seen is replicating Oak flooring with knot holes and not solid coloring (too much light and dark- looks like striped flooring) - not my taste. If I lived in the country in a Cabin that would be great but I am use to beautiful natural stone and tile. Then I found the Waterford/Hearthstone LVP at Tampa Flooring Gallery. It had some knots but the knots blended into the color of the floor. It is beautiful. The installers were great. There was a team of 4 who install 800 sq ft of LVP and baseboards in 6 hours. They were great. I would definitely use them again.
