I have to admit I thought great service with fair price was not possible anymore. But everything I was promised was delivered on time and and with quality workmanship. I experienced flood damage from hurricane Helene. I contacted several companies for estimates but they were too busy or too expensive. US floor covering showed sincere compassion for my family's situation and provided an extremely fair estimate, they showed up on time, cleaned up and did small things that showed they cared about the customer. So if you are looking for a kitchen remodel, baseboards, door frames or bathroom cabinets....I highly recommend you call them. I guarantee you will be glad you did.
Many years ago I have been looking for a specific tiles for my living room. Finally, I have found it at US FLOOR COVERING. Now, I am so excited and very happy that my house looks like a palace. The product is nice for the price. However installation was a disaster. When toilet was removed to remove and install new flooring in my upstairs bath, water came gushing thru my ceiling downstairs in my dining room.I couldn’t believe that this happened as anyone would know to flush the toilet twice before removing and also turn off the water to the toilet.The installer was a very hard working guy, but a little more knowledge in plumbing could have avoided this.Ever since then water comes down in same spot in ceiling when toilet is flushed.I didn’t want them to come back and try yo fix as I was afraid it would be worse. I have two other toilets in my home I have been using. I had a plumber friend come over to look and was hoping that the ring wasn’t installed properly. But that wasn’t it. He said when the installer jackhammered the old tile out he must have cracked the drainpipe. I called the store once to speak with the manager but he never returned my call. I hate to pay a plumber to fix a problem they created, but not responsive and worried they would make it worse.
