This place has been my absolute favorite ceramic tile place in Thunder Bay for years the two young men who run the place are outstandingly experienced polite helpful and knowledgeable and they have good inventory. A sheer pleasure to work with.
We recently had a new tile floor put in our kitchen and we are so pleased with the service and workmanship and the final outcome.We also ordered a tile for the backsplash, unfortunately thru a mistake on our part and on Intercity Tile the wrong tile was installed. Gilbert and his son's handled the problem in totally a professional manner. 10 star service and care.
