We went in to go look for some flooring and the gentleman at the front counter was very excellent to deal with Randy. I do believe his name is a great guy Very helpful and we ended up buying flooring that day. Great experience 10 out of 10 in my books thank you very much Randy. Great customer service.
We were extremely pleased with the carpet we selected, considering the price, quality and durability. We changed our mind a few times with respect to colour but Jamie was patient and took it all in stride. The price he quoted was the price we paid. It was the attention to detail that our carpet installer Sal provided that really makes this company exemplary. We had a major project including four bedrooms on the upper storey and a staircase with two spindles on each step. Sal worked tirelessly to complete the project as quickly as he could. I highly recommend Quality Carpet for any of your flooring needs!
I love shopping local, and would choose them over big box stores any day. I think anyone can agree a hovering salesman can ruin any chance for a customer to feel comfortable perusing. My husband and I walked in and was immediately tailed, with zero personal space, husband said the salesman was so close behind him he thought he was going to be pickpocketed. He said hey how’s it going, and then just stayed. Passed by me to just idly stand at the end of the isle and just watch us. Didn’t ask what flooring we were interested in and direct us to where we might find that product, nothing. The way the interaction went was so unsettling I can’t imagine how people would actually want to shop there. A simple hey when someone walks in the door and if they need anything that they are up there, or helpful direction would be great but a “hey how’s it going” then just walking up behind people and standing there and watching us shop is creepy.
Thank you so much for all the advice, patience and assistance during this renovation. Planning a renovation with 2 kids in tow is already a hassle but Justin made the while process such a breeze. He gave lots of great advice and made my multiple visits feel so easy and not like an inconvenience or like I couldn't make up my mind. He had a great eye for colors and because he's installed the products had great product knowledge that went beyond the product literature. Keep up the great work and amazing customer service.
