I will say that the flooring I purchased was delivered on time so that was good. However, when I was making my purchase, the sales person that I dealt with told me that any unopened boxes could be returned within 30 days of purchase with a 25% restocking fee so I should feel comfortable buying extra just in case it was needed.My flooring installer had two unopened boxes left over and so I contacted AA to return them, the first person I spoke to said that I couldn’t return them because it had been 30 days since AA had created the invoice, notwithstanding that the floors had only been delivered 2.5 weeks ago. She also said that there had to be a minimum of five boxes to be returned, or none could be returned.I sent an email to the salesperson I had dealt with, and she wrote back and said that in fact, I was still within 30 days, however the minimum five box policy applied, that it was the policy of the floor manufacturer, and that I would only be allowed to return if I had five boxes.I replied to my sales person that this was unacceptable as no one had mentioned this policy to me at that time of purchase, the five box minimum wasn’t on my invoice, and if they had informed me properly, I could’ve managed my purchase accordingly. I asked to speak to someone and management and I never heard back.This is quite unsatisfactory to me as I don’t appreciate being told one thing prior to purchase and another thing after purchase. I also don’t appreciate a company trying to change policies on me or ignoring my request to escalate a dispute. It honestly feels like a bait-and-switch, especially when there are multiple shifting random excuses for refusing the return. They also don’t seem to understand that their vendors policies are their concern not mine, my contract is with AA and that is the contract that needed to be honoured. It’s poor business practice and leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. It’s less about the $250 I would get back from the return and more about the integrity of the business in my opinion.

I selected luxury vinyl plank flooring from the extensive showroom at AA flooring and had them do the installation over the existing stick-on vinyl tiles. Wesley arrived first to begin the prep work of removing baseboards and kick plates and Merick arrived shortly after with the flooring. The flooring was installed with matching nosing at the top of the stairs and joining piece to the living room. I am extremely happy with their work and the flooring looks great.

We went in shopping for floors, and left with an appointment to demo our floor and install the new one. Great job. Messy, dust goes everywhere, (wish they would have warned us to cover the furniture we had moved into the kitchen- open concept) but it looks great. They (Uri) completed the job within 7 hours, 300 sq ft.
I just made a purchase on May 10th. What I got is solid hardwood Oak for $5.99 sf. The problem was that they sold me a product of no name with about 8-10% defective planks. I contacted the salesperson the next day with proof of photos. I was ignored with absolutely no response. Go somewhere else. On the purchase day, I did ask what was the manufacturer. The saleperson fooled with me, telling me "Canadian Hardwood". Later I googled online for the company and found out that there is no such a company at all. On the product boxes, there is no manufacturer information!
