From the clear and informative details on the website, to the exceptional customer service and superior quality products, I felt like I made the best purchase possible. Jekiah was fantastic! He listened to me and answered all of my questions. He took the time to explain all of the options in such detail that I truly feel I made an informed decision. A much better experience than at any other store I had been to. I was able to take samples home to see how it looked next to my walls, floors and decor, which was super helpful. Once the order was placed, it arrived sooner than expected and it was installed ahead of schedule. Patricio was punctual, friendly and very efficient when he installed the carpet. It looks fantastic! This was quite possibly the most positive experience purchasing something for my home that I have ever had. I will recommend Anasi Flooring to everyone I know. Anasi flooring put new carpet in our RV and fixed hardwood flooring in our RV. They completed the tear out and install in one full day. They did the work on a Sunday! No place installs on Sundays. Jekiah was very helpful picking the best product for our application. He had a lot of knowledge about installing flooring in RV's. He charges less than the quotes we received from RV dealers. We were very happy with the service, product, and installation.
The owner was extremely helpful in assisting us to pick out tile for our rental house. He showed us many options within our price range and was able to work out a good deal on the cost of shipping. We had a handy man do the installation and the house looks great. Rented immediately.
I had my old tile jack hammered out and the whole house (2400sqft) done in tile by Anasi Flooring. They did a fantastic job, and the price was great too. Jekiah has great ideas when coming to design. Subsequently three of my friends have had their homes tiled by Anasi too and all are very happy. I would highly reccomend them.
