Wow wow wow! I cannot express fully how amazing this team is. We had new flooring installed this week and everything went so beautifully. From the communication, to the kindness of each person, to the product and install itself. Absolutely 10 stars! Seriously, if you're considering new flooring, I HIGHLY recommend D&D. Tom and his crew did an amazing job. Our concrete floors had to have leveler applied first before the LVP could be installed. Their attention to detail and professionalism is outstanding. We highly recommend them.
We wanted to give D&D and Associates a TEN star, but the grading only goes to FIVE. We wanted to share our experience from beginning to end: We found D&D through our son, who recommended this company. We were fortunate to see Tom at his company and were impressed with his professionalism as he explained the different floor products. After we provided a down payment, the company did not take long to contact us and let us know they were ready to install the floors. A crew of four, including Tom (the owner), worked hard for four days to install almost 2000 sf of new floors. They removed the baseboards, moved the furniture, put everything back, vacuumed, and left everything in place. One of the most important observations is that they are very proud of their work: “I work on installing floors as if it is my own house.” Tom and his crew take pride in the finished product; they start working on the installation and do not stop until they finish. In the end, they still ask if there are pieces of furniture that need to be rearranged. Their work is impressive and we are very happy with the finished product. The pictures speak for themselves. Five stars all the way!
Recently purchased a house and was recommended to use D&D Flooring to do some updates to some rooms. We decided to do laminate in the bedrooms and stick with new carpeting in the office and living/dining rooms. They have an extensive selection of quality flooring options. The selection process was easy and we were able to schedule an installation date. They showed up right on time on the scheduled date. I was told it may take about 4 days and they actually finished in 3. What was impressive is that they removed all the baseboards during the laminate installation. They cleaned up and painted the baseboards before reinstalling and sealing. Tom is very personable and professional. His team worked hard and transformed the house. I was truly impressed with the work and would highly recommend.
I would 100% recommend going with D&D with all your flooring needs. They did a fantastic job and really went above and beyond. The whole process was seamless: from getting a quote, looking at samples, to have the floor installed. We had quite a large project: we got our kitchen, living room, hallway, and 3 bedrooms done (the whole house excluding the bathrooms), and the whole project was finished in four days. They also gifted us a duster/mop combo tool and the floor cleaner they recommended to keep the floors looking great.Overall, we had such a great experience and everyone was so friendly. We have a hidden side room in the garage we want to fix up, and we’ll definitely be giving them a call back.Thanks D&D!
