I had a fabulous experience at Flooring Direct.I worked with Moji, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding LVP products. She provided samples for me to take home and helped me choose a product I am very happy with. I compared prices locally on the exact same product and she provided an excellent price. The product was delivered promptly, and Moji's communication was excellent.I could not be happier, I would not go anywhere else for flooring products.
If Navid could get NEGATIVE STARS he'd get TEN.First off, he portrays himself as an honest businessman, who sells new quality products from his showroom. He even goes as far as allowing customers to take sample tiles. When my 85 y.o. mother required his services for tile and carpeting it went from bad to worse. I witnessed her select a particular tile, we took a sample. A week later, his working came to retrieve the sample, then returned with the wrong color and began laying it. Within a day the tile was removed, it wasn't the right one. What is shown is the compromise, the original color had pinkish undertones, this is yellow. Apparently, Navid switches up his promise because when my mother brought it to his attention, he flew off the handle - spewing epithets - SPITTLE FLEW HIS MOUTH he was so angry, threatening action, demanding she keep the WRONG MATERIALS and PAY. He charged her for work he didn't perform. He played nice but switched up when a mistake was presented. DON'T USE HIM
Navid was easy to work with and most importantly wanted to make sure we were happy with the carpet which we chose. We got an estimate from Flooring Direct because of their positive reviews and it compared well with other Tucson carpet companies. In the end I believe we got a very good quality carpet; they were able to deliver within a week; and their installers were excellent. They moved what few pieces of furniture we could not. They were very efficient and neat. Bottomline we are very pleased with our new carpet.
Flooring Direct helped us choose the luxury vinyl for our home and it is perfect!! Floor boards and flooring were expertly installed by the professional and friendly team. I was worried about the rounded corners in our home but they finished the corners of the floor boards MUCH better than the original builders (see photo). The price was lower than any other quote but they didn't cut corners. Very professional and responsive to our every need. Thank you!
We are very satisfied with our experience with flooring direct. I had originally planned on proceeding with another corporate company that would subcontract out for the work. We decided to look local and found flooring direct had some of the best reviews. I can see why. From the first home visit and quote, Navid came personally and assured us his crew works local and has plenty of experience. He was quick, accurate and considerate of our time. The original quote was far less than other quotes we received for porcelain tile covering about 2,000 Sq-ft. When I went into the store, he found our preferred color and tile design at an even lower price. I also appreciated his recommendation's on base board and grout colors based on our home style. Reuben was our installer and was very accommodating with us completing some other house projects as well. He would even come weekends, usually by himself, to complete the job quicker. After the flooring was finished, Moji was great at helping us schedule a later date to have someone to finish the baseboard once we had the new Sheetrock up. The work is now complete and we look forwards to living in our basically new home. Thank you!!
