This company has had very inconsistent communication. Took three phone calls to get anyone to call me back to schedule a time to come out. Rep came out early, knocked on a door I couldn’t hear, and by the time I was sitting outside waiting for him when my appointment actually was, he was already gone. Didn’t call me to let me know or anything. Wasted over a week waiting on them.
For flooring, tile or carpet go here! We have worked with them on our rentals and home sales; from the greet to the credit card swipe everyone here is professional and friendly. It’s rare to work with individuals who are personable and competent these days. Fantastic place. Every business should look to this team on how to hire, train and test their employees.

Very pleased with the products and service when they redid our office flooring. Barry was patient, helpful, and followed-through with the promises made. Removal and installation staff were quick, clean, and considerate. They did not interrupt our production workflow while they performed their work.
