This is the second time we've purchased carpet through Carpet USA. Bryden was super helpful at the store, educating us on the different types of carpet and helping us make the right choice for our home. The installation team was FANTASTIC. They were incredibly careful when moving our furniture out of the rooms and putting it all back. They did a wonderful job on the installation, I was very impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. It was a great experience for us, from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Carpet USA couldn’t have been easier to do business with.Both staff members who assisted us in choosing the right material for our project and budget were extremely helpful in outlining advantages and disadvantages of material during product selection. As a result, we have 2 beautiful rooms suited to our use.We must absolutely mention the installers Franky and his assistant.Without their expertise, this would not have been possible. Franky is very meticulous, precise and explained the process thoroughly. The install is flawless and we live the results.They were wonderful in helping us move some of the furniture.We are very impressed and would definitively look forward to do business with Carpet USA again. Omg! The best company I’ve ever worked with! I bought an older mobile home with old gross carpet and had been trying to budget new floors for a year. I got Bjorns name from my neighbor and called him to come out and do an estimate. He was so patient waiting for me to finally call and once I did everything was so efficient and quick! Dan came out to look at the floor and do an estimate, he gave me so many affordable options because my budget was extremely tight. Once it was scheduled the installation team was soooo skilled, fast and they transformed the spaces into something I could never have imagined. Even tho I am on a budget and literally doing it one room at a time as funds allow I was treated like a VIP! Thank you Bjorn, Dan and that dynamic duo of an installation team! Wow! It doesn’t even look like the same room!
