I chose this company because I wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.It took nearly two months just to schedule the installation due to extremely poor communication. Emails were rarely answered, and I had to repeatedly follow up without clear responses.On installation day, the crew was careless and left a mess. They dropped glue on my existing laminate flooring and damaged it. I contacted the company about this but never received any response.To make matters worse, they wrote down the wrong laminate color number from the one we selected, I only realized the mistake after half of the bedroom had already been installed. They then had to remove everything and redo it, which caused unnecessary delays and disruption. This reflects very poor management and attention to detail.Overall, the lack of organization, communication, and professionalism made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend them.
Our whole experience with BC Floors was smooth from start to finish. Keit showed up at the agreed upon time to take measurements of the room and show me color/pattern options. From there I was provided a very reasonable quote which we accepted. The two floor technicians, Elpidio and Robinsons, showed up on time and got right to work. I was expecting about a week of work, however they were able to finish in three days! We’re thrilled with the new flooring. Thank you Keit, Elpidio and Robinsons for making our experience so smooth. We’ll be back!

They showed up on time every day, were friendly, respectful of our space, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality of the installation is excellent—everything looks clean, precise, and exactly how we envisioned.Overall, it was a very positive experience working with this team.
