We needed the carpet replaced in a townhome we were moving into on a very specific date and under a very specific budget. After shopping around Ash quoted us a competitive price and guaranteed an install date for us. When the install date came, the installers Dale and Ralph did a fantastic job - no visible seams anywhere and the job was completed on time even though they had to stay late on the 2nd day. I recently needed to replace the bedroom carpet in an apartment rental. The service I received from Bashir was top class. He helped me choose the right carpet and what was more amazing was that he helped me get it installed a few days later.The installer was also extremely professional and did a fantastic job!I give 5 Stars! ? I was looking for a specific carpet, went to a few flooring stores with not much success . On the drive back home I heard the global carpet add on the radio, I detoured and went to their showroom.Ash was fantastic! I walked in with a photo of the carpet I wanted they had the samples in all the colours. I didn’t need a big area just some stairs, no problem wanted 2 different colours on separate levels, no problem. , i had my measurements got a quote( competitive price ) , put in a deposit I was in and out within 30 minutes.Carpet arrived in about a week, and they set up an appointment for removal of old carpet and install new . The installers Ralph and Dale were fantastic. They did an amazing job matching difficult print in stairs . Very satisfied customer ????????????????
