Had vinyl flooring supplied and installed by Comino in 2017 in our Cook St condo and, although installation was substandard complained not. Had them return in 2020 to replace delaminated boards where surface peeled off using boards that we had saved from 2017.
Contacted again this October seeking advice as deterioration continued, but other than advising that material no longer available, no comment. Then sought to contact Mr Allen Devlin, said to be manager, by email on two occasions but without response, in hopes of what we might do next.
Visited the store hoping to see him but advised that he had just left for the day in late October but still no response. Had his firm previously install vinyl flooring in both of our bathrooms and carpeting in both of our bedrooms.
Find Home Depot much more helpful.

I dealt with Sales Associate Scott who was wonderful, kept me apprised of order status and arranged for install on a day that suited me best. I did a fair bit of research and went to a couple of places in Victoria before hiring Comino to replace the old carpeting in our family room. Graham was very helpful and proactive in keeping us updated throughout the process, which involved ordering carpeting from a company in the U.S. On installation day, Mike and Marione were pleasant and professional. They did an excellent job and left our place perfectly clean. I had expected to do a lot of paint touch up after the installation but this wasn't required.
Before choosing Comino, I got a quote from a larger well-known carpet seller in town and was told it would cost about 33% more for the same job using the exact same carpeting from the same supplier in Georgia. I'm really glad I chose Comino and would highly recommend the company.

I researched six different carpet companies before we chose Comino Carpets to complete our commercial renovation. I am thrilled with my choice for many reasons!
Graham was knowledgeable about commercial installs. He was reliable and helpful with all my questions. His advice was accurate, which differed from the other carpet representatives that I spoke to.
Comino had many samples to choose from and prices were competitive or lower than what I'd seen previously. At my request, they brought in larger samples of my selections to ensure that I made the right choice. The overall cost turned out to be significantly lower than other companies quoted.
Gordy installed our carpet with skill and precision. He lined up the edges with care, because we did not remove the baseboards. This was another cost saver for us, and we were told from other companies that it was not possible. Gordy took extra time to match a diagonal pattern in three rooms.
Comino gave us an excellent product and an excellent install all for a competitively reduced rate. I will go back to this store for all my carpet needs and share my experience with all my friends. Thank you, Comino! Amazing!
