We just purchased two area rugs from the Langford store. We had visited numerous stores, looking for larger area rugs and they had the best selection, and very reasonable priced.
The sales associate Justin was extremely helpful in the process. He assisted in coordinating the two rugs and even moved them around for us to see them in different lighting. Very patient. I would highly recommend a visit if your in the market for an area rug.

Before going with Jordan's I'd just consider whether you want to invest a large sum of money to be another learning opportunity for them. ***

It’s a shame I need to write this review because the initial experience was quite good and the installers were friendly. It’s very unfortunate and disappointing that the work itself was done so poorly, as this had all the makings of being a very positive experience. If the installer had of being honest from the start about their level of experience we could have found another solution.

We had wood flooring installed through Jordan’s Flooring and unfortunately the results were disappointing overall.

Before installation, I made it very clear that leveling was extremely important because our subfloor was uneven. We were told they would prep and level the floor (at additional cost depending on the work needed - which we agreed too). However, after installation the floors were extremely uneven and felt squishy in several spots — especially in areas where a lot of concrete leveling was poured. The installer said this was the best they could do due to the uneven subfloor.

When Jordan’s later sent someone to assess the issue, they acknowledged that the proper fix would have required removing the flooring, repairing the subfloor, leveling properly, and reinstalling everything — which is now impossible because the flooring is glued together.

There were also workmanship concerns. The installer left a significant amount of debris for us to clean up, broke a mirror, lost pieces for closet track, and installed carpet that was not properly secured to the tack strips (it was essentially floating).

To Jordan’s credit, they did send someone to fix the carpet and reinstall a portion of the flooring. However, the core issue remains and there is really no way to correct it without starting over.

We spent about $13,000 for flooring in a living room, bedroom, and a bit of carpet, and chose Jordan’s expecting the job would be done properly. Unfortunately, the store uses independent contractors, and the quality of work seems to depend heavily on who you get. The sales guy might be friendly but the installer is from a different company and you don't meet them till they show up to install.

Two stars for the effort to fix the issues, but without a proper result, the effort didn’t make a real difference.

Diego did everything right, he greeted us as soon as we walked in, he allowed us time to browse and consider what we were looking for, he was then very helpful and knowledgable. It was a very pleasant experience. Hopefully we will be as happy with the flooring we purchased as we were with the sales/sevice

The experience was notable. Justin, our salesperson, was more than accommodating on both the purchase and the installation. Everything went smoothly, and the job was impeccably done, and it was not an easy one. I will be returning for all my carpet and flooring needs.

Absolutely wonderful experience getting our upstairs floors and carpet stairs replaced. Diego was super helpful finding us exactly the laminate and carpet that we wanted and put together an installation that fit perfectly with rest of the renovations which are underway.

Speaking of installation, we can’t say enough good things about our installer Meemo and his helper Abdi. They levelled our entire floor perfectly and did a beautiful job getting everything installed. They also went so far above and beyond with helping get our furniture moved out and back in and go exile what could have been a very stressful process smoother than we ever could have hoped.

Thanks and appreciation to everyone, we are SO happy with our new floors and carpet, and the house looks brand new!
