Billy and his crew were excellent! Great communication throughout the process and everyone was professional and courteous. The floors are beautiful!We had our white oak flooring refinished using the Bona Americano stain color and semi gloss topcoat. I’ve attached some before, during and after photos. (The semi gloss top coat is only visible in the dining room photo just FYI)
I would 10000% recommend Artistic Flooring! We bought a house with uneven, thin LVP flooring and asked for help. Billy took a look at what we were working with, came up with several estimates and options, and ultimately we decided to refinish and stain the floors underneath. A surprise defect in the center of the room didn’t slow them down at all, and by the time they were done you would have never been able to tell. These guys worked hard and you can tell they really have pride in the work they do and the end product. Cannot say enough great things about this company!

I highly recommend Artistic Flooring for any hardwood flooring and carpeting needs. Our initial meeting with Billy was very productive. We discussed various options and pricing and agreed to proceed. We set up a schedule for the delivery of the wood and the installation. We were particularly impressed with Caleb and Anthony, who installed new hardwood floors in my office, living room, sunroom, master bedroom and closet. They were both professional, neat, friendly and courteous. They arrived on time each morning and before leaving each evening, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. The quality of their installation was incredible. They also bent over backwards to insure that we were satisfied. I honestly can’t recall ever dealing with more competent skilled workers than Caleb and Anthony, and I’ve dealt with many different companies over the years. We also had carpeting installed in our family room. I wasn’t home for that installation, but the gentleman who did the work did a great job, and finished in less than a full day. All in all, working with Artistic Flooring was a great experience, and we will definitely use this company for future needs.
