We had the carpet replaced in our guest room. The installation was seamless and the team did an excellent job with cleaning up after. Really got a great experience with everything from the ordering to installation. We have used Floor Trader for three different carpet projects in the last 15 years and the quality and service remain outstanding. I would recommend using them to anyone.
Recently purchased ~800 square feet of high quality LVP from Floor Trader and decided to use their team to install the flooring in our home. The front of house/purchasing experience was great - but the installation was plagued by issues, turning what was supposed to be a 1 day project into a full week of having no floors in our home and living on the concrete slab. Unfortunately, the language barrier between us and the install team led to several miscommunications that could have been avoided and helped us to save time & money. This led to a long game of telephone with the office and more delays. During the installation, our water treatment system was accidentally knocked loose, leading to flooding the first floor and having to rip up the portion of flooring that was complete and starting over after spending several days drying the slab. We were provided a partial refund for the installation, and the project eventually turned out well, but the amount of problems we encountered leaves me unable to recommend using Floor Trader for installation.
