Floor and Decor in Wichita, Kansas to Ben Hogan at the store.On January 22, 2026 I was in a huge dilemma trying to find the same tile that I did a job a year ago in Las Vegas Nevada.The tile was discontinued and I had to match it exactly and I called over 4 hours to every Floor and Decor in the United States.Finally I called Floor and Decor in Wichita, Kansas and Ben Hogan took the call. I am telling you this Ben Hogan took the time knowing his store was closing to help me find the tile I needed and find a way to ship it to me and helped me absorb a fair price to bail me out of the hole so I could not disappoint my customer.Ben Hogan was polite, caring, did everything he could, and visually inspected his left over tile in stock to make sure it was not damaged knowing his store was closed.Ben took all my information and set it up for Mark K. at the pro desk to call me tomorrow to finalize the sale.Ben Hogan stated he would have my tile boxes on a pallet and shrink wrapped to be shipped from Wichita to Las Vegas.I am Richard Haddad of Henderson Nevada my company is RH Design and this Ben Hogan took so much stress off of me and my worries how am I going to find this discontinued tile.I want everyone to know Ben Hogan in Wichita Kansas at Floor and Decor is not only a great person in life but a tremendous asset to Floor and Decor and was blessed to talk to this Ben Hogan who was polite caring and taking all the pressure off of me I wanted to find a way to thank him from the bottom of my heart. Awesome, overwhelming selection. Some of the weekend help is absolutely no help and probably should find a nee job. Manager on duty was helpful. I was given a card for a local installed they use and a week later I'm still waiting for a callback.

Super fast service! Tile was ready in 45 min after I placed the order online. Staff at pick up went over and above to accomodate my mom with dementia who was along for the ride. :)
Purchased over 2200 square feet of flooring. Material is top notch. Price was almost to good to be true. Opted with the 3 in 1 underlayment instead of their brand. Only complaint...had to make two loads, the first one I helped hand load, the second one the guy recommended pallet loading..ok might save him some effort. On the way home with second load, the plastic wrap on the pallet gave as it was too loose causing minor damage to truck. Signed the waiver so it was my bad, but you might insist on materials being hand loaded.
