I had a quote and got it on schedule and they never came out to do the work. I tried rescheduling it 5 times and either they don’t show or they ask if they can reschedule! I get it’s busy. But, if you can’t make it out let people know! It’s rude for someone to plan to be home from work so they can do the work and they don’t even let you know that they won’t be their!

We purchased a pre-finished solid wood floor from Great American Flooring and the install was completed last week. We couldn't be happier with the job they did as the install team worked very quickly and were incredibly picky on the results of their job. They chose each piece of flooring to be installed next based on what looked best with its neighboring pieces as there were obviously different wood grains throughout the floor. The installer even went above and beyond and provided us with a few tools to hide blemishes on wood flooring we had installed almost 4 years ago.
