I wasn’t thrilled about spending a large amount of money on such a new home, but Adam (the Store Manager) and Kenda at The Floor Project turned a frustrating situation into an amazing experience.They helped me find a financing option that made the whole project manageable, and during the process, Kenda suggested an alternative to ceramic tile — a beautiful manufactured flooring that looks like tile, has no grout (a game changer for bathrooms!), and honestly looks better than real tile at a fraction of the price. She saved me a ton of money without sacrificing the look I wanted.The install was flawless, the floors look incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. My wife and I have purchased carpet and flooring from Floor Project West for 4 different homes. Worked with multiple sales / customer service representatives and have had multiple good experiences. Most recently, we had an issue with a product. While it took some time Ricky and Sonja went out of their way to support us and communicate over an extended period of time. Without question one of the best service experiences we've had. Can't say thank you enough. This was a complex situation that was handled well from top to bottom. Quality products matter but customer service is even more important.
