Nick was communicative, asking me my opinion on different problems that came up through the process, sending me pictures to help me decide what I wanted to do about broken boards, being clear about differences in cost, etc. He even sent me a video of the fill-in troweling because we discussed how much I enjoying watching TikTok videos of floor refinishing. These guys were AMAZING! We have oak floors that were always covered with carpeting by the previous owners; but after several decades, carpet padding residue and their pets' accidents took a toll. The one bedroom with completely different carpeting really required some muscle getting up some crazy adhesive (a day's work unto itself ?????), and the hallway needed to be ripped up and reboarded. But they blended it seamlessly into the back bedroom. We're ecstatic with the results!
