From the "No Hassle" sales approach to accommodating our pickiness with every possible take-home flooring sample we could get them to dig up and/or order in, Alyssa is a Shining Model of the way a sales person should be! Her conscientous attention to answering our multitude of questions and her follow-up "Satisfaction Achieved" check-ins let us know that they stand behind their product and work! Also, Alex's installation crew is the best as well, even coming back to take up half the floor to replace one little piece that had a scratch in it, under warranty as well!! USA Flooring hands down has the best pricing. I did in fact receive quotes from 2 other competitors for the same project. Stephanie Tavery the sales person was professiinal, over the top helpful offering several options for different grades of carpet and emailed full quotes same day. She didn't pressure me, was always available throughout the process and a complete. The installers were prompt, moving furniture, installing the pad, carpet and placing the furniture back in place all in one day. Stephanie called to follow up and sent email as well to ensure the Installation was to our satisfaction. She even offered to have a remnant piece made into runners; binding the sides without charge. I had a good vibe from ALL of the sales people at USA Carpet. The owner of the company has definitely trained and set expectations for every customer experience to be successful.
