Great customer service, Matt was a delight to deal with. We stopped in to purchase some golf clubs from him and told him our budget and specs for who would be using them and he made up a set for us that will do the trick. He has hundreds of different clubs from beginner to advance golfer. If you are looking for a good deal on some used clubs go and see Matt at the floor guys. When I need new floors for my house I'll be stopping in to see him for that as well.

We had been looking for the perfect flooring for some time and could not find what we wanted at the big box stores. We walked into Floor Guys on a whim to see what they had to offer and they knocked it out of the park.We were greeted by Matt, who was courteous and helpful as we made our decision. He was patient as we looked at different options and asked a multitude of questions that he was quick to provide answers for.After looking at the beautiful and wide variety of laminate and vinyl flooring, we couldn’t resist their selection of hardwoods. They were gorgeous!The cost was not much different than the big box stores but the quality and selection were superior to any other store I had been in. The personal attention, the care and the efficiency sealed the deal.Matt updated us on our order until the day it arrived which was a shorter time period than I expected.The installation team led by Hai, was phenomenal. They were quick, highly skilled and clean. Really hard workers! The only clue they had been here installing were some small sawdust shavings outside that were easily swept up. They installed the entire main floor within a day.The hardwood floors are beautiful and look as if they have been here forever. We also purchased vinyl tile for the kitchen area which they installed as well. It is beautiful.My two dogs, one a boisterous lab, love sprawling across the new hardwood floor and taking a nap. I have yet to see a scratch despite my dogs daily skidding across to greet people at the door.Really really pleased and I highly recommend.
