Josh at Great Floors was kind and provided us with quality products. While I appreciated his help, I did feel a bit rushed during the planning stage of my in-store appointment. There seemed to be a lack of guidance at that point, and perhaps having an additional staff member available to assist walk-ins would have helped. At the time, I didn’t feel like my time was fully valued.That said, I don’t want that initial experience to overshadow the overall project. Amer and the installation team did outstanding work—their attention to detail and craftsmanship truly impressed us. We had LVP flooring, tile flooring, and a backsplash installed, and the results exceeded our expectations.We are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend Great Floors for anyone looking for quality materials and professional installation.
