I’ve waited months to write my review just in case my opinions and experience changed. It has not.
I purchased over $6000 in flooring from Hi Neighbour and experienced terrible customer service, as well as a terrible product. No one here takes responsibility for the fact that maybe their flooring just isn’t good. I gave 2 stars because their woman receptionists were so kind to me throughout my MANY calls to this company.
Long story short, the sales rep I purchased the flooring from didn’t return a single call of mine when the flooring issues started resorting to me having to track down the owner. The owner is a completely arrogant know-it-all who should not even be allowed to speak to customers. He literally made me cry with my newborn baby in his showroom after coming to him pleading to help me with my product that I just spent thousands of dollars on. He didn’t even say hello to me upon me showing up to his office because he never once would answer my calls… Once I finally got in front of him, he called one of his employees to grab my flooring out of my truck, then proceeded to “install” 6 pieces of flooring on his own showroom floor and pointed at it, and say to me “what’s the issue here”.. that was his way of helping me.
After having a full blown screaming match outside his building he then passed me off to the flooring sales representative who was friendly, but absolutely useless and never responded to calls or texts for weeks. After the sales rep viewed the flooring at my house as per my demand, he made a bunch of promises that he could not keep. We ended up removing the flooring and re installing as per their most logical suggestion. The flooring now lays better but it definitely is not perfect, and now has scratches on certain pieces even though it’s supposed to be their most durable flooring they carry. I have no dogs or animals, all my couches are brand new with pads on the bottoms (see pics). Once again reached out the sales rep, with of course no response.
Unbelievable. I understand things happen and maybe we should have installed the flooring differently from the beginning, but the way this business handled my issues was disgusting.

Dealt with Eric at Hi Neighbour when purchasing tile for our new backsplash. If you like dealing with professional people who have a large selection of tiles, this is your place. We ran out of tiles initially and Eric was able to pull some strings and express ship some down for us. Thank you to the professional team at Hi Neighbour. We have dealt with this solid company for years and will continue to do so.
