Went in looking for flooring for our kitchen and dining room. The store is friendly and knowledgeable and helped us pick a good product at a reasonable price. Arranged in installation date about a week and a half later.The team showed up on time, were very friendly and respectful. They did an amazing job and did it at a very good pace, from prep to completion was completely smooth.It looks amazing, we absolutely love it. Wish we had done it years ago.

I ordered a carpet runner for our stairs. I booked an installation date 6 weeks in advance. Then a couple days before the installation date and she told me that they wouldn't have the carpet ready in time because the carpet binder was on vacation. I was given the run around for two weeks about when it would get installed and there was very poor communication. I ended up asking for a refund so I could take my business elsewhere. Was very nice and helpful in store but then terrible customer service after I had already paid.
I recently purchased stair nosing/edging from Avalanche Flooring, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of their products. The stair nosing not only looks fantastic but is extremely durable. My parents also had flooring delivered and installed and it was perfectly done. I highly recommend Avalanche Flooring for their outstanding products and customer service. They have truly exceeded my expectations!
