We had Blue Castle remove carpet and install flooring in our place. Delara is very knowledgeable about the products and they have good quality products at good prices. We had great communication about when things would be done, and they were flexible at removing the carpet early and quickly. The installers are quick, professional, on time, and in the end the floor looks great.
The technicians who did my kitchen and bathroom were very polite, efficient and professional. The lead technician was very knowledgeable and since we were trying to save a few bucks by doing the subfloor ourselves, he offered some good advice to make sure the floor was as smooth and level as possible for the best finished look. At the office Delara was very friendly and helpful. We were in somewhat of a rush to get the floor done so she even managed to persuade a tech to come to our house to give us a quote while they were working on the weekend. The quote was reasonable and the finished work looked very good. I'm not usually one to give five stars because that essentially means perfect, and nothing is ever perfect. I would more accurately give them a 4.95. But since I don't have that option, I will happily round up to a five. Thank you Delara and your team.
