I bought vinyl plank flooring from Ken's carpet. I was very happy with the flooring but not the service. There employee came and measured how much I would need. It was ordered according to there measurements. When the job was finished I have 3 boxes left. Which they will NOT take back. Myron said we always order some extra but 3 boxes that is ridiculous. So I am out $500. Really not impressed with this company. Customers be aware!!!!!
Ken’s Carpets did an incredible job installing new flooring in our kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway. The work was completed in only a couple of days. The flooring is beautiful! Our house has been transformed into a gorgeous living space. Feels like a brand new home. The crew of 2 (Husband & Wife) were such a great team & it was a pleasure to have them around. They made us forget just how stressful the insurance claim was! I highly recommend this company for all your flooring needs! Well done!
Super happy w customer service by Kimberly, who beat a competitor price. Flooring was wrapped on skid for easy transportation in truck to cottage. Very impressed with Shaw Mineral Maple that we bought.

He tried to find ways to make our project more affordable, he was always accessible, found us installers to do the work very quickly And we now have a lovely floors that we are enjoying a great deal.
