Got the high quality laminated floor last to last year. Started squeeking after 3-4 months. Tried builder to get it fixed. No service call.Floor is wrecking.
Their warranty program is non existent, and basically a scam. Direct words from the salesman. We purchase quality luxury vinyl from them, and it was professionally installed. After about 3 months the floor was peeling apart in various areas. Salesmen said their 3rd party warranty just basically sides with them and passes the blame on the installer. Buyer beware.

Davinder is an honest and trustworthy person, which I haven’t found to be true of all businesses I’ve encountered.Davinder made it very easy for me to shop. I had a broken foot when we installed flooring and he was very accommodating and helpful. He was practical, followed up, and had great communication. The service I received did exceed the service I’ve experienced elsewhere. I also was responsive to any questions/ concerns / communication throughout including after I paid, which is an example of his commitment to customer service.It is evident that Davinder cares about his business and his customers.
